Oba Moroof and friends
The one week of activities started on Saturday, 28th of July ending on Sunday  5thof August with an interdenominational service at the palace spearheaded by a union of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN)members.
We present you with those things you never saw during the celebrations

THE ARENA
The arena for the main celebration was the main bowl of Ejigbo Youths Centre which was already cordoned off two days before the event for security purposes. It was during those two days that the majestic canopies and the stage of K1 Ultimate grand show were set up.
Even some of the cooling vans started revving full of drinks on the night of Friday.

OBA MOROOF, HIS STYLE
The celebration of the 20 years anniversary presented Oba Moroof yet another opportunity to exhibit his style and fashion.
He wore specially embroidered sky blue brocade topping it up with a specially knit ash-colored Indian cap with a knot on its squeezed front.
You should have seen how his posture caused almost all known photographers in the community to be glued to the high able taking shots of him and his friends. They snapped every move that Kabiyesi made on that day.

He did not mince words when he extended most special appreciation to “my one man committee Mr. Abidemi Ogunmefun(aka Galaxy) who stood by me to make this occasion a reality. I also thank my Baba Itesiwaju Ejigbo Hon Abdul-Hakeem Mobaji Abdul Lateef, my Chiefs, may God continue to bless and prosper you. The long VIP table was filled up with dignitaries who started joining the celebrant quite early on that day. Many of his friends and obas continued to file in one after the other until they filled all the reserved seats and the show came to a climax.
One noticeable thing was that as the chief host, all the pieces of fish, meat, small chops that went to the table was tasted by Oba Moroof before it started making the rounds on the table for his friends. And the high table never lacked chops and all kinds of drinks.

As chief coordinator of the entire show, Galaxy whose real names are Abidemi Ogunmefun (Baba Eto)was the major supply for all important chops and choice wines and spirits to the high table and to the special guests of the party seated across the canopies. He was standing not far from the high table completely at the service of the Oba and his friends. He was very attentive to notice His Royal Majesty’s signals.  He also went round the various canopies to ensure that  the show was going well.
Even though some people say Galaxy was on top of himself shouting and hollering like a god on that day apparently because of the pressure he was in, others say he did well and was in full control in coordinating such a big show.
