The race to the Federal House of Representatives to
represent Isolo Oshodi 11Federal Constituency Lagos by Hon Kehinde Bamigbetan
who is also Lagos Commissioner for Information and strategy has changed course.
The journalist and former Ejigbo LCDA Chairman who had grown to be a strong mover and shaker of Isolo Oshodi Lagos politics had called a
special meeting of all his stakeholders to announce his decision sending
shock waves through the community.
Those who are privy to what transpired on the day he announced
his decision to step aside from a quest he had been projecting since December
2017 told Ejigbo City Diary that Bamigbetan had called an urgent meeting where
he in a short but terse statement, told
his shocked lieutenants that he was stepping aside from the race adding that he
had a substitution in the person of Hon Habeeb Anibaba.

He urged them to give Anibaba full and maximum support because “he is our
own”.
