More commendations continue to trail Radiogal Cordelia Okpei
whose new radio show The Unstoppables started airing on Metro FM 97.7.
Those who listened to the first edition of the show which
airs weekdays at 4.45p.m say it is a well presented breezy inspirational show
capable of pulling more listeners to the station.
According to Okpei whose sonorous voice has thrilled many
listeners, The Unstoppables tells the story of resilience and surviving against
all odds from around the country.
In one of the many promotional clips for the programme,
Okpei said “The Unstoppables is
inspirational and challenges all to be strong because it is the only way to weather
life’s many storms and trials. ”
“Whatever one is passing through today may be so little
compared to what others have seen. Victory comes when you surmount the troubles
and raise your head up high.”
The Unstoppables have told the story of Cosmas Maduka who
started successful trading at the age of 17, married his wife Charity in those
early years but lost all in his first international business transaction. He
rose again from the seeming dust to build the Coscharis business empire.
Okpei also regularly
plays as theme song, the music of
Cobhams Asuquo who though blind, but is extremely talented and makes great
music.
