Born March 7, 1947, Pete Edochie started his public service career when he joined the then NBC and later transfered his services to ENBC during the civil war.
He later rose to the position of Director with Anambra Broadcasting service where he set up the first FM radio station east of the Niger better known as Sunrise 96.
