HORROR IN EJIGBO LAGOS! MAN KILLS DAD AND MUM, FATALLY INJURES SISTER, DISAPPEARS

*House of horror

Lagos popular suburb of Ejigbo was thrown into confusion yesterday as news spread of how a middle aged man whose name was simply given as Michael macheted his parents to death and nearly killed his sister who went away with fatal injuries.

The sad event happened at their house,  a reddish brown colored duplex on Alhaji Akeem Gbadamosi street Ejigbo at about 5 pm Tuesday, 4th February, 2020.

Eye witnesses told ECD Reporters that the man had a history of mental issues and usually terrorised passersby when ever his medical condition was aggravated.

On the day he killed his parents, ECD gathered that he engaged in an argument with his father about going out.

According to close sources, “due to his medical issues, his parents always locked him indoors to avoid the embarrassment his actions created for the family.

Neighbours suspect that it must have been the insistence of his father, a popular lawyer and property mogul that he stayed indoors that led him to pick up a machete and deal deadly blows on the hapless man suspected to be in his 70s.

When his mum, a nurse came out to ask what was amiss, she also got her own share of the machete cuts.

While she was writhing in death throes in the pool of her own blood, her daughter, the killer’s sister came in.   But an early warning from their mum who was still alive as at the time saved her as she ran out pursued by the killer who also gave her a fatal cut.

“After committing the crime, he rushed out of the house and stood at the junction of the street looking harassed with splashes of blood on his body and face. All of us were shocked when his sister also came out not long after with bloodied hands and the news of what he had done started licking out. By then he had disappeared into thin air

As at the time of filing this report, the Police had evacuated the bodies and sealed up the house and declared a manhunt for a killer on the loose.
