WHY I SET UP FREE MEDICAL CENTER IN MY TOWN…DR. MRS. ELIZABETH OBIORA UDEZE

Dr Mrs Elizabeth Obiora Udeze

Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth Obiora Udeze who is set to commission Hope Foundation seen by many as the first free medical center in Nigeria here gives reason she invested hard earned funds on the project which will be commissioned by Anambra state Governor as Special guest of honor as well as Comrade Arinzechukwu Awogu, Transition Committee Chairman of Ogbaru LGA as Chairman of the occasion  on Saturday 8 December, 2018.

The top wellness expert with a flourishing career in Los Angeles, California said she only wanted to give hope to the hopeless members of our society who do not have  access to medical services because of its non availability and high cost.

In a chat with ECD on her arrival for the commissioning, Dr Obiora Udeze said “since I was a child I have always prayed and wished that if God blessed me with funds, I would devote such to the care of the people. I grew up in an environment of much love and affection. I want to express my love to the hopeless and helpless members of our society. That is why we call it Hope Foundation.
I want to give hope. I strongly believe that health is wealth and with ill health all things do not matter as only getting well will be priority. I am grateful to God who provided the funds for me to see my dreams come to reality. I also want to call upon our people to avail themselves of the facility to take care of their health because it is free of charge. You and I know that several people have died for lack of medical facilities or the high cost of it. ”

Asked how she intends to manage the  hospital when she lives abroad,  Mrs.  Obiora Udeze also known to many as Kpakpando Ugochaluacha said “ we have employed the best qualified persons to run and manage the health center. But I trust that God Almighty who made the dream to come to reality would definitely supervise its management

NIGERIAN WOMEN CONVERGE IN LAGOS FOR FAITHFUL WOMEN ANNUAL THANKSGIVING AND LOVE FEAST

Members of Jacobed Group during their day at the Tnaksgiving
Women both from within Nigeria and from the diaspora as well as their husbands are currently gathering at the Faithful Women Intercessory and Interdenominational Ministry (FWIIM) auditorium Lagos for the annual Thanksgiving and Love feast.
The one week event started Monday 19 with a befitting climax set for Saturday 24 November, 2018.
The annual thanksgiving coincides with the 19th year anniversary of the founding of the celebrated women interdenominational Christian Evangelical group with focus on the well being of families in the general sense.

The full week of activities according to the General Overseer of the Ministry Pastor Comfort Luwei is “for our various families to thank God for all His riches in glory both physically and spiritually all through the year.  I do not need to be reminded to count God’s blessings one by one because that is what we are doing.

Continuing, Luwei explained that “as you and I know, the Lord can’t provide for us and still thank himself for all his goodness to us. It is our duty to return to Him in thanksgiving, praise and worship.  Thanks-giving Is not a new thing to the world as the world sets out a day to thank God before the end of the year. You can imagine how the children feel about us when we return home to them with gifts. It is the same way God feels when we shower Him gifts and thanks. The  guest speaker on the grand finale is Bishop Richard Osuagwu who has prepared a lovely thought provoking message on the importance of giving thanks to God by humanity.

She also said Faithful Women 2019 calendar will be unveiled at the occasion adding that guests to the event are expected from as far as Benin, Togo, Ghana as well as other West African countries.
In the words of the Chairperson organizing committee of the event Mrs. Eucharia Ekweanua, “Faithful Women members as well as our guests are promised the best in spiritual entertainment in terms of drama, dances, praise and worship combined with ministration to the glory of God for a full week. The weekdays are dedicated to the five women groups in the Ministry including Deborah, Dorcas, Esther, Abigail and Jacobed.

Also speaking, visibly excited Senior Pastor of Hephsibah Amazing Grace Warri, Pastor Uche Oluleye Jonah who stormed Lagos with her crew said “ it is a good thing to thank the Lord and show appreciation to God for all the goodies He showers on humanity all the time. Can humanity ever thank God enough? Thanksgiving is the right of God”
